To keep the comfort and privacy of fellow customer at boarding House of Donna, every customer is required to comply with the following rules, which will be part of the contract.

| 1 | Lessee is prohibited from acting immoral or against the law inside room or anywhere in premises of House of Donna. | Lessee will be expelled without refund of rental fee. |
| 2 | Lessee is prohibited from bringing male guest into her room except registered husband or father. We provide common room or gazebo on 1st floor to meet male relatives or friends. | Lessee will be expelled without refund of rental fee. |
| 3 | Lessee is prohibited from bringing/ keeping/ using narcotics, drugs or drinking liquor inside room or anywhere in premises of House of Donna. | Lessee will be expelled without refund of rental fee. |
| 4 | Lessee is prohibited from bringing/ keeping/ assembling/ using gunfire or explosive inside room or anywhere in premises of House of Donna. | Lessee will be expelled without refund of rental fee. |
| 5 | Lessee is prohibited from making fights or loud noise anywhere in premises of House of Donna that can disrupt other tennants. | Lessee will be expelled without refund of rental fee. |
| 6 | Pet is not allowed inside room or anywhere in premises of House of Donna. | Lessee will be expelled without refund of rental fee. |
| 7 | Smoking is prohibited inside room or anywhere in premises of House of Donna except on certain area (parking area). | Pay a fine Rp.200.000/incident |
| 8 | Lessee is held responsible if losing or damaging common facilities and held responsible for any lost or damage of registered items by willful or negligent actions. Wear and tear from normal usage will not be charged. | Lessee shall pay repair cost or replace with new one when it can not be repaired. |
| 9 | Lessee is prohibited from nailing / attaching posters / doodling wall, door or furniture. | Pay a fine Rp 300,000 per wall area/ door/ furniture. |
| 10 | Pantry inside room is not for cooking except using rice cooker, toaster, low watt microwave, or portable water kettle. For cooking activity lessee can utilize public kitchen on each floor. | Pay a fine Rp 200,000/Incident. |
| 11 | Lessee is prohibited from throwing any material into closet. Please use trash bin provided. | Pay a fine Rp 500,000 or pay repair cost of clogged closet. |
| 12 | Lessee is prohibited from spreading out to dry anything (cloth, towel, bathroom mat, etc) on porch or railing. We have set an area on 1st (back of the house) and 3rd floor for that purpose. | One time reminder, next violation is subject to fine Rp 50,000/Incident |
| 13 | Female friend or relative is not allowed to stay with. On certain condition, if needed then lessee must inform house manager to register her and pay additional fee 20 thousand rupiah/ guest, only for one night. Female friend or relative stays 2 until max 7 nights will require parent permission and lessee must pay additional fee 50 thousand rupiah/ guest/ night. | Pay a fine Rp 100,000/guest/ night for unregistered guest staying night. |

| 17 | When leaving room, be sure to turn off all cooking appliance to avoid fire risk. | – |
| 18 | When planning to leave for long period please keep or return the key to house manager. Do not entrust key to some else to avoid duplicity. | Loosing key will be charged for replacement cost |
| 19 | Park your vehicle on provided place, use double lock if necessary. When parking car, never leave items (i.e. electronic devices such as GPS units, lap-top computers, cell phone, ipod; bags, purses, or any money including change) visible in the car, put them in the trunk or bring them to your room. | – |
