Room Rate (exclude electricity)

Size 6x4m:  2.8 million rupiah/ month

Size 6x5m:  3.5 million rupiah/ month

Electricity will be charged based on actual consumption. Each room is equiped with KWH meter.

Term & Administration Procedures

1. Room is for min 3 months lease contract prepaid in advance. In addition to lease rate, lessee must also paid in front:
   • Deposit 1 million rupiah
   • Electricity deposit 500 thousand rupiah
2. Valid original Student ID or acceptance letter for new student.
3. Valid Passport for international student.
4. Valid employee badge/ ID for employee.
5. For married student/ female employee, need to bring copy of married certificate to register husband identity.
6. Sign lease contract.
