Term & Administration Procedures
- Room is for min 3 months lease contract prepaid in advance. In addition to lease rate, lessee must also paid in front:
- Deposit 1 million rupiah
- Electricity deposit 500 thousand rupiah
- Valid original Student ID or acceptance letter for new student.
- Valid Passport for international student.
- Valid employee badge/ ID for employee.
- For married student/ female employee, need to bring copy of married certificate to register husband identity.
- Sign lease contract.
